3.follow the simple steps and then enter the image verification and your mobile number on which you will receive the gprs settings.

I have an Alcatel OT800A Tribe and can fully connect to the internet but I am unable to get on Opera Mini that was preinstalled on the phone… Any help you could offer would be GREAT!!!!
